PERSONAL TRAINING

My monthly personal training packages are designed for those that want to commit to achieving their goals. The toughest part of starting your fitness journey is developing a routine, and adherence to that routine. We will work together, once, twice or three times per week and will set specific and measurable goals that will get you excited to workout, and work towards developing a sustainable active lifestyle. 
I am an independent Wellington based personal trainer and operate from gyms in Wellington City. If you are local to Wellington and would like to be trained, in person by a professional athlete, learn my methods and really take your health, fitness and training to the next level then let's chat.
