HOW DOES IT WORK?
Client consultation - I will carry out a confidential client consultation either via telephone or Skype, where I will carefully examine the following:
- Goals - we set out exactly what it is that you wish to achieve from this programme.
- Timescales - we will determine the timescales that you want to use to achieve these goals
- Restraints - when and where you are able to train, dietary requirements, family and other commitments
- Training - past and present training history, injuries, experience and capabilities
Other aspects of the programme include:
Training programme design - this is a completely bespoke and customised app based programme issued for you, that takes into account everything discussed in our confidential consultation. No cookie cutter plans!
Nutrition education - guidance on nutrition to allow you to make nutritionally sound decisions, independently, everyday that complement your goals
Ongoing support - both training and nutrition is assessed as we progress through the programme together, and adjustments are made if necessary.
Progress tracking & check-ins - we will track weight on a weekly basis, with body measurements and progress photos every 2 weeks.
